Steel / Rebar
Before gunite. Your tech captures the rebar layout, spacing, tie-downs, and dimensions against the approved plan. This has to pass before the gunite crew can pour.
Plumbing
Pool plumbing rough-in before the deck is poured. Documents pipe routing, connections, test caps, and equipment pad prep.
Barrier / Safety
Fence, screen, or barrier inspection. Gate latches, height, gap measurements, and self-closing hardware verification.
Bonding and Grounding
Electrical bonding grid, equipotential bonding, and grounding connections documented before they get covered.
Final
Complete pool with all equipment operational. Pump, filter, heater, lights, and safety features all verified.
