Choose recording or live queue

Your tech can record a 3-8 minute guided walkthrough or join the Live Inspection Queue for real-time guidance from an Inspektr inspector.

Submit or complete live review

Recorded inspections are packaged and submitted for review. Live queue inspections happen on the call, with the inspector walking the tech through the required items.

A Florida-licensed inspector watches the video and checks every item against a standardized code checklist. No scheduling, no site visit needed.

Report goes to the jurisdiction

The approved inspection report gets submitted to the building department for permit closeout. Full audit trail from recording to close.
